Premature permanent employment can restrict future prospects. However, family living conditions and peer groups can greatly influence their decision. As a result, they proceed to remain in fixed employment. An example of this can be found in some high school students in industrial nations. They determine to have a year off exposing to the world by seeking employment or exploration. As a result, they learn new things and expand new perceptions which can be useful for their upcoming at university. Therefore, young people fully integrate into society as well as at university.
